FALSE ADVERTISING. We stayed 1 night. WiFi is awful. Beds are super uncomfortable. Breakfast was supposed to be included but no one ever took our order. When we mentioned it at reception they didn't even apologize. Very old building. Very old everything.

Terrible rooms, long hairs in the bed, broken shower. Dirt from previous guests scattered all over the room and no cleaning was done through a 3 day stay. Wifi doesn’t work at all. Originally booked for 5 nights and had to check out on the 3rd. Was told I had to pay again for the 3 nights and dispute the original charge for 5 nights with my bank because the terminal on site was not set up for refunds. Over a month later I’ve yet to get my refund and pretty much paid for 8 nights at a terrible hotel that I only spent 3 nights in. Save yourself the trouble and pleaseeee book somewhere else if you don’t want to be stuck with a headache months after your stay.

This hotel is a decaying, old building and is not the least bit enjoyable to stay in. My room had very, very thin walls (I could loudly hear my neighbors entire conversations and also one of them puking during the night as if I was in the same room as them). A theater/club next door blared music until 2:30am, which was even worse because my balcony door couldn't even close all the way. I had 2 beds, the king bed was like sleeping on a stone, the other bed was ok. They give you closets without any hangars available (I asked reception). The WIFI is doesn't work during peak hours (at night) They use obnoxious amounts of bleach everyday on the floors. It was making me nauseous and my dog puked from it. The room doors are very insecure, no deadbolts, no safety deposit boxes. I didn't feel safe leaving my belongings there, but at least my dog was on guard. The rooms cost a lot less if you book directly on their site, so I felt ripped off. Even then it's still not worth it. Stay somewhere else.

Pretty bad experience from the start. My sister and I came a day early and asked if we could book an extra day. The guy at the front desk said it was fine but the price was hiked up. The price he quoted us was more than double of what we booked so we declined and decided to look elsewhere for the night. As we checked online we saw that prices were the exact same so we booked it through their site and came back a few hours later. Pretty annoyed by that. We were able to check in immediately. Beds are very uncomfortable and both of us woke up multiple times throughout the night. Sheets and towels are filthy. Had permanent stains on everything. No hot water. Sink was mad dirty. WiFi is absolutely dreadful. No free breakfast. The pool was okay but there were loads of dead flies in it but they would flow into the drain system.

Staff was wondering, the check in was fast and check out was quick but It's a runned down place. There was plaster falling from the ceiling in my room. It's an old place and could use some remodeling. There was times were there was no water hot or cold and couldn't even flush. The elevator didn't work supposedly they were working on it but the time i was there i didn't se nobody working on the elevator. The WiFi would come in and out. So if you're planning to work take your precautions because it might let you down.

Do not book this place. I did read the reviews before and saw more people saying to not book because you get something completely different than shown on Airbnb. Please believe them. I’m not at all a difficult person when it comes to accommodation, been living in hostels for months, but this is a different level. We were supposed to stay 6 days and we left the next day directly. The sheets were crazy dirty, the floor, mold in the shower, everything. Next to that it is NOT the room in the pictures on Airbnb. We got changed room 3 times, to still end up with a different one. It is way smaller, less windows. Even talked about this with reception, to which was said that in the advertisement there are pictures of 3 different rooms, honestly it is false advertising.

The worst hotel in the city is a luxury compared to Soy Local Puerto Vallarta. We waited to check in about 2.5 hours. No internet, no hot water, the rooms are terrible and the staff seemed so stressed. Must note the staff is friendly but looks like owners or higher management just don’t care about guests so employees have a tougher time Fulfilling guests needs. Please don’t not book here!!!
